Privacy Policy

PED Planner is a product of The Focus Room / True Fitness, operated under license for use by their active coaching clients. The app is invitation-only: there is no public registration.

Account information. Name, email address, role, account status, and invite history: collected to provide and manage access to PED Planner.

Planner data. Tasks, non-negotiables, schedule blocks, completion status, notes, preferences, and planning settings that users enter into the app.

Google Calendar data (optional). When a user connects Google Calendar, PED Planner requests the scope https://www.googleapis.com/auth/calendar.readonly. This scope allows PED Planner to see and download calendar data from calendars the user can access. PED Planner uses it to read calendar names, calendar identifiers, event identifiers, event titles, start and end times, event colors, descriptions, locations, and Google Calendar links where available. PED Planner does not request permission to create, edit, share, or delete Google Calendar events.

Google Calendar data is used only for user-facing planning features that are visible in PED Planner.

PED Planner stores application data in Supabase (PostgreSQL), hosted on infrastructure with encryption at rest. Google OAuth tokens are stored server-side and are not exposed to the browser. The application supports app-level token encryption when the production encryption key is configured.

PED Planner stores imported Google Calendar event titles, start and end times, calendar/event identifiers, and the user's selected calendar IDs so synced events can be displayed and refreshed without duplicates. Richer event details, such as description, location, and Google Calendar link, may be fetched on demand for the connected user but are not stored as separate planner records.

Access to user data is restricted to the systems, service providers, and personnel needed to operate, secure, and support the app. Human access to Google Calendar data is limited to cases where the user affirmatively asks for support, where access is necessary to investigate security or abuse issues, or where required by law. Row-level security policies ensure each user can only access their own planner data.

Google Calendar connection is optional and can be removed at any time.

To disconnect: go to Settings → Google Calendar and click Disconnect. This removes your stored OAuth tokens and stops all future calendar sync immediately.

Disconnecting stops future Google Calendar access. Previously imported Google Calendar event blocks may remain in PED Planner until they are replaced by a new schedule sync, deleted during normal retention cleanup, or removed through an account deletion request.

You can also revoke access directly from your Google Account at myaccount.google.com/permissions.

We do not sell user data. We share data only with service providers required to operate the app: including hosting, database, authentication, email delivery, and error monitoring. These providers process data on our behalf and are not permitted to use it for their own purposes.

Google Calendar data is not transferred except as needed to provide or improve PED Planner's visible scheduling features, maintain security, comply with applicable law, or complete a business transfer after any required user notice or consent.

We may disclose data if required by law or to protect the rights and safety of users or LynnInTech, LLC.

User accounts and associated planner data are retained for the duration of the coaching engagement and the active license period. Users may request deletion of their account and data by contacting jarred@truefitnessatx.com.

Google OAuth tokens are deleted when a user disconnects Google Calendar or when the account is deleted. Imported Google Calendar event rows are deleted when the account is deleted and may also be removed by sync when matching events no longer exist in Google Calendar.

If this privacy policy changes materially, users will be notified by email or through a notice in the application. If PED Planner ever changes how it accesses, uses, stores, or shares Google user data, users will be asked to review and accept the updated policy before the new Google data use begins.
