The story behind PED
The things that matter deserve more than the time left over.
PED grew from Jarred Curcio’s coaching practice at The Focus Room: a way to turn personal priorities into daily action, then see whether the work happened.
Meet the method
From coaching to your calendar
In Jarred’s approach, planning connects the life you want with the actions you take. Training, focused work, family, and recovery need a place in the week before everything else fills it.
PED brings that approach into one workspace. Your calendar gives the work a time. Your completion record helps you reflect honestly and plan the next week.
More about JarredA practice you can return to
Protect your non-negotiables, capture your tasks, and build a week around your priorities.
Work from your schedule. Record what you complete and adjust when your week changes.
Review completed PED blocks, notice what needs attention, and bring that insight into your next plan.
Built around your boundaries
Google Calendar is optional. Connect it to see existing commitments while you plan around them.
How we handle your dataPED reads event titles, start and end times, and calendar identifiers to display commitments and avoid conflicts. It does not create, edit, or delete Google Calendar events.
Calendar data is never sold or used for advertising. Disconnect at any time from Settings.
PED Planner’s use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
