PED Planner is a structured weekly planning tool built exclusively for Focus Room coaching clients. It helps you move from brain dump to a conflict-free schedule, and tracks whether you actually did the work.
Plan
Capture every task, set non-negotiables, and connect your calendar. PED Planner sees what you already have scheduled and builds around it.
Execute
Follow your generated weekly schedule. Mark blocks complete or skipped. Add notes and actual time. Your plan becomes a record of what really happened.
Dominate
Your Domination Score reflects actual execution, not intentions. Track it weekly to see where you're strong and where discipline is slipping.
Who this is for
PED Planner is invitation-only. Access is granted by The Focus Room Support to active coaching clients of The Focus Room / True Fitness in Austin, TX. There is no public registration.
Google Calendar integration
Users may optionally connect their Google Calendar. When connected, PED Planner reads existing calendar events, including titles, start and end times, and calendar identifiers, so it can display those commitments and avoid scheduling conflicts when generating your week.
Read-only access
PED Planner does not create, edit, or delete Google Calendar events. Calendar data is never used for advertising and is never sold. Google Calendar connection is optional. Users can disconnect at any time from Settings.
PED Planner's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
What PED Planner does not do
- Does not allow public registration. All access is managed by The Focus Room Support.
- Does not write to, edit, or delete your Google Calendar events.
- Does not sell user data or share it with advertisers.
- Does not send unsolicited messages outside of onboarding and optional weekly reminders.
