Terms of Use

PED Planner is an invitation-only planning app operated for The Focus Room / True Fitness under license from LynnInTech, LLC. Access is provided only to approved users and may depend on an active coaching, client, or license relationship.

Users are responsible for keeping their sign-in credentials secure. Accounts are assigned to individual users and may not be shared without written approval from The Focus Room or LynnInTech, LLC.

PED Planner helps users plan tasks, schedule commitments, track completion, and review weekly execution. Users are responsible for the planning decisions they make and for confirming that schedules are accurate before relying on them.

PED Planner does not provide medical, fitness, legal, financial, or mental health advice. Coaching, training, or health decisions should be made with qualified professionals where appropriate.

Google Calendar connection is optional. When connected, PED Planner requests read-only access so existing calendar events can block time during weekly planning. PED Planner does not create, edit, or delete Google Calendar events.

PED Planner software, code, design, workflows, and related intellectual property are owned by LynnInTech, LLC unless otherwise stated in a separate written agreement. Users receive access to use the app; they do not receive ownership of the software.

Access may be suspended, limited, or ended if a user is no longer authorized, if a license term expires, if credentials are misused, or if continued access would create security, operational, or legal risk.

Data handling is governed by the Privacy Policy. Users can disconnect Google Calendar from Settings at any time.
